We are getting morning rain for the past 2 days along with thunder and lightning. I found the big schools yesterday and today and got some good redfish it is so hard for me to leave them because
of the weather,but getting off the water is the safe thing to do. We got off and got back home at
least we live to fish another day.

Fishing today was really good we got 10 Redfish in Mosquito Lagoon and the Indian River Lagoon,4 were in the slot and 6 were over size. The Redfish are Spawning on this full moon and they are in large schools it is so cool to see this each year. The nice thing about this fish is they will be in these large schools for the next 3 months. I saw 2 schools today that had well over 1500 Redfish in them. The weather was nice today but the wind was blowing and that makes it hard to stay on the schools but it takes hard work and good eyes and it all works out fine. If you have been thinking of going fishing now is the time to call and book a day or two.

I did not have a Fishing trip booked for today so I went fishing with my Dad the weather was really nice very light winds. We went to Mosquito Lagoon and we got 8 Redfish 3 were over the slot and the others were in the slot. It is great to see my Dad catch fish he loves fishing as much as I do. When the bite stopped we went in the Indian River Lagoon and had 2 really big reds on but had both get off. We were fishing near Capt. Jim Ross when he invited use over to where he was catching Black Drum and we got 7 of them all were in the 13 to 16 pound range we had a great time and I want to Thank Capt. Jim Ross for doing that he is a really nice guy. The fish are turned on so come on over.

Got out today with my brother Tony and what a day we had on the water it was a great weather day and the fish were turned on. We had a total of 7 slot redfish and had 6 redfish well over the slot with this one being the big fish of the day. I was lucky to get Tony off his Surf Board and on the water for a change,and even better to see him get this big Redfish.It is always good to go fishing with him and to be able to put him on the fish we got today. When I have a day like we did today it really makes me feel like a lucky person to have the job I do.

I fished today with Eric Rahm from West Palm Beach Florida it was a good start to the day very light winds always good to start that way . On our first stop of the day Eric got his first redfish and did a great job fighting the fish we did not get all of them but over all we had a good 4 hours on the water and I am looking forward to his next trip up to fish another day . July 1 2013 will be a month that I will remember for years to come. It by far has been the best month for finding and catching big redfish I think I have been on the water almost every day and it is like the fish are every where I have fished . Some of my guest has wanted to take some fish home but they get over that after they get one of the big fish. The fish have not got together yet but there are a lot of big fish moving around. Here are just a few of the fish that we got this month. I do believe that Aug and Sept are going to be great fishing to. So give me a call and I will put you on one of these big redfish.

Took my Dad fishing today what a day we had 8 big redfish and 12 slot redfish and the trout bite is on fire just a great day on the water. The big fish are getting together and tails are showing up every where in Mosquito Lagoon it is hot. The weather is getting hot,but the wind for the past 2 weeks has been just right to keep you a little cool. The big fish are eating anything that is put in front of them.The water as you can see is  flat and that lets you see the fish moving and tailing and makes your heart beat faster when you see these big redfish tails out of the water. It will not be long before we will be seeing hundreds of these big fish together so book your trip as soon as you can. Sorry for the bad photo's when you are trying to get the fish back in the water so you can cast to another redfish the last thing I am thinking about, is this going to be a good photo? I will do a better job with your big redfish photo.
